Understanding MSU’s Title IX Procedures

This session will provide an understanding of the process followed by MSU when dealing with issues covered by Title IX; such as, sexual discrimination, sexual assault, and sexual harassment. It will also cover the obligation of being a mandatory reporter. Lastly, there will be discussion about how your APA/MEA/NEA membership provides assistance in dealing with these matters.
